Char-grilled toast

The bread was cut into 3cm thick pieces and slowly grilled over charcoal on a custom-made grill. Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Served with butter and special jam.

Fried ham and egg on toast

homemade mayonnaise on bread, topped it with ham, and baked it. In addition, a half-boiled fried egg was placed on top

White cheese on toast

Toasted bread topped with mozzarella cheese, fromage blanc, and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Cheddar cheese on toast

Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, beer, mustard, and butter were mixed well and made into a patty, spread on white bread and baked to give it a nice aroma.

Ham curlet sandwich

Ham from local Asakusa ham is thickly sliced, battered and fried (using Pelican bread for the breadcrumbs), served on bread with shredded cabbage, and topped with French dressing and mustard. Mayonnaise is also homemade.

Omelette sandwich

One slice of bread was smeared with special mayonnaise, the other with ketchup, and a fluffy omelet sandwiched between them.

Fruit sandwich

about 4 to 5 types of seasonal fruits that change their appearance depending on the season, and sandwich them with fresh cream containing fromage blanc.

Red bean paste on toast

put plenty of carefully cooked grained red bean paste on the toast, topped it with whipped butter, and poured maple syrup over the top.

Frid bread crust

mix of curry, salt, and sugar flavors.
